Retail Store Manager PORT JEFFERSON STATION | Rt 112 – Arch Telecom Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are the first focus and build meaningful connections with customers by uncovering their needs and educating, demonstrating and recommending device and service solutions. What you’ll do in your role
Lead by example, helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to new store programs and initiatives Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and up-and-coming IoT devices Keep the store at its best, approaching service and sales with patience, honesty and empathy Become proficient in using digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate: How our expanding coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood, providing a fast LTE network Why plans and services help customers live unlimited, stay connected and go further How we redefine wireless through device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Relationship and cross-channel work
Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service to create a seamless, run-around-free customer experience Identify and hand off small business leads Develop strong peer relationships where everyone is accountable for the company’s success Be willing to have a good time while providing first-class customer experience The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
