Greet visitors, direct them appropriately, and manage the sign-in/out log. Answer telephones, operate the facility paging system, and manage the resident list and incoming calls to residents. Assist the Administrator and Department Directors in administrative matters. Receive, sort, and distribute mail. Perform other clerical duties and related tasks as needed. Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or secretarial training preferred. Experience: 1+ years in a clerical position, preferably in a healthcare office setting; 1+ years in a customer service position. Proficiency with general office equipment and computer systems; proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc.). Professional appearance and ability to represent Avamere and this facility. Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Ability to create a warm, patient, enthusiastic, and calm environment. Wage:
$18 - $24 hourly, DOE Location:
