A well-established litigation firm in the Los Angeles area is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join their team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for attorneys with 1–4 years of experience, especially those with a background in insurance defense who are interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side litigation. What You’ll Do
Handle all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation Work closely with senior attorneys on complex, high-value matters Participate in strategy discussions and client communications Contribute to a collaborative legal team focused on results and growth What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of civil litigation experience (California courts preferred) Prior insurance defense experience is strongly preferred Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar Willing and able to work on-site at the Los Angeles office What’s Offered
