Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to practice in the
State of New York 3+ years of experience
defending personal injury claims in New York Supreme Courts Experience with
Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6) , as well as
premises liability
cases Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Exceptional legal writing ability with a clear, concise communication style Prior experience with
legal project management
is a plus Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
claim investigations , including client and non-party interactions with paralegal support Analyze medical causation issues and collaborate effectively with medical professionals Conduct and defend
50-h hearings
and
depositions Oversee discovery processes in accordance with
CPLR
rules to ensure compliance and strategic advantage Negotiate settlements and participate in
ADR forums Handle
court appearances, motions, and conferences
regularly Develop and execute
claim resolution strategies
