Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen member engagement and enhance the organization’s digital presence. This role oversees content creation, email and social media campaigns, CRM management, website updates, and event promotion. The manager works closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver cohesive communications, analyze engagement metrics, and ensure a positive experience for all members. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Campaign Management
Create and manage content across email, website, and social media platforms. Write, edit, and proofread digital communications and promotional content. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for cohesive messaging. Assist vendors with platform-specific strategies and posting schedules. Maintain a digital editorial calendar to support ongoing campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
Member Relations
Segment and manage contact lists within the CRM system. Promote member accomplishments and testimonials via digital platforms. Coordinate, draft, and distribute member press releases and announcements.
Website & Event Support
Maintain and update website content and pages. Create and manage digital forms, surveys, and templates for events. Handle inquiries submitted through the website and online forms.
Reporting & Analysis
Track campaign performance, user engagement, and website analytics. Prepare reports on marketing impact, KPIs, and ROI. Contribute to organizational impact reporting and summaries. Analyze and report on reach, engagement, and growth trends.
Other Duties as Assigned
Support special projects and cross-departmental initiatives. Assist with internal communications, training, or administrative needs as requested.
