Weigh raw materials for bulk production and new formulas according to batch specifications using digital scales, mechanical arms, and drum lifts. Ensure accurate measurements within 1% per material weighed. Operate a forklift to transport raw materials to storage and weighing areas. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations. Inventory Management & Accuracy Perform cycle counts, inventory adjustments, palletizing, and anchoring to maintain inventory accuracy. Utilize Mary Kay Business Systems for inventory tracking, case counts, and troubleshooting discrepancies. Equipment & Safety Compliance Inspect equipment, racks, and facilities for proper operation and cleanliness. Perform daily GMP/Safety audits and adhere to all safe work practices. Follow hazardous material handling procedures and maintain compliance with safety regulations. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Participate in lean manufacturing events and support process improvement initiatives. Assist team members and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. Experience & Education Experience: 1+ years in a cosmetic, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Forklift experience preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail to ensure component accuracy and compliance with day coding and packaging specifications. Proficiency in basic math Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. and safely operate material-handling equipment. Working knowledge of OSHA, GMP, and inventory management principles. Details
