Louisville, KY .
Rate Range:
$53/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Job Responsibilities Include
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business or engineering problems.
Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for model training.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML solutions into scalable applications and services.
Monitor and optimize model performance in production environments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest ML frameworks and techniques to continuously improve solution quality.
Document workflows, model architectures, and results for transparency and reproducibility.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on machine learning.
Demonstrated experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Strong ability to integrate ML solutions into production systems and optimize model performance in real-world applications.
