Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit
Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of pros to consistently serve up amazing customer service
Support the success of your unit by keeping customers happy, complying with company procedures and keeping productivity up and costs down
You own this if you have…
Solid written and verbal communications skills
Basic accounting skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry
A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
2+ years full service, upscale restaurant management experience

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
California – $65,500.00 – $105,000.00 Annually. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
