Founded by Nicole Wegman in 2013, Ring Concierge has scaled its growth year-over-year by utilizing social media to blur the lines between retailer and influencer. The brand has a bespoke bridal business along with a fine jewelry collection, with multiple brick-and-mortar locations in the US.
This role is based in New York City and works in our boutiques with fractional time in Corporate Headquarters. The Area Manager oversees 1-3 locations within a geographic market and is responsible for driving sales and profitability through their retail teams while building meaningful client connections. You are a visionary leader with a passion for luxury retail, developing strategic plans to meet and exceed store sales targets, driving business growth while maintaining brand integrity.

Outcomes & Measures of Success
Drive leadership and sales teams to meet/exceed daily, monthly, and annual revenue targets and KPIs (AOV, UPT)
Develop and implement sales strategies that achieve monthly sales goals
Proactively attract, hire, and develop top talent while building a strong pipeline for all retail store positions, supporting clusters, markets, and brand(s). Focus on retention strategies and analyzing turnover to drive long-term success
Support store leadership on establishing strong staffing models and store schedules to meet business needs (in-store CVR and labor management)
Continuous development, reinforcement of in-store selling experience to exceed customer expectations
Deployment of in-store sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
Establish, nurture, and expand the local consumer community through new customer acquisition, relationship building, and partnerships (CRM, NPS, CSAT, consumer ratings)
Lead clienteling and CRM by establishing and managing personal 1:1 client relationships, store-led partnerships, and overseeing B2B clienteling efforts
Demonstrate strong team leadership, mentoring, and accountability
Manage market operations, including inventory control, repairs, returns-to-brand, and visual merchandising to maintain a well-organized boutique environment and mitigate loss
Candidate Requirements
5+ years of direct management experience in a multi-unit or flagship boutique within the luxury retail sector; background in fine jewelry is preferred; GIA certification is a plus
Results-oriented with a track record of driving business growth and achieving measurable results
Passion for fine jewelry and a keen eye for design, with appreciation for craftsmanship and luxury sales
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams
Proven ability to manage and de-escalate high-pressure situations professionally
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
Salary Range Transparency A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Select roles are eligible for commission or annual cash bonuses and equity awards based on performance. Actual compensation offered will depend on job-related factors including geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
