Overview
Role Description This position will be on-site in Colorado. The goal of this AIT program is to provide an immersive experience wherein you have a practical introduction to the world of skilled nursing fundamentals, the principles of leadership, and the culture of Cottonwood Healthcare. Each week you will spend time working in every department of the facility, learning directly from department heads and frontline staff as well as consultants and home office staff. At the conclusion of the AIT program, you should feel sufficiently knowledgeable and prepared to run a skilled nursing facility as a licensed administrator. Responsibilities
Participate in an immersive AIT program on-site in Colorado, gaining practical experience in skilled nursing fundamentals, leadership principles, and Cottonwood Healthcare culture. Rotate through departments and learn from department heads, frontline staff, consultants, and home office staff. Develop knowledge and readiness to run a skilled nursing facility as a licensed administrator upon program completion. Qualifications
Strong skills in Training & Development and Training Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Administrative Assistance Ability to work effectively in a team and a positive work environment Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor\'s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field is preferred
