Field Marketing Manager
to lead regional field, non-media, and direct marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and local brand awareness. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities such as shows and events (home shows, outdoor fairs/festivals, business expos, showroom sales, open houses, parades of homes, retail locations, and more), and neighborhood appointment setting for the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for team development and performance excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive field and direct marketing strategy tailored to the assigned region. Plan and execute annual marketing activities, including events, shows, and neighborhood appointment setting. Manage and optimize the regional field marketing budget to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs. Manage multiple regional and market-based teams of Brand Ambassadors with a direct hands-on approach, providing motivation and coaching to help each team reach their performance goals. Develop local leaders that can supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of Brand Ambassadors within their markets. Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Conduct regular market visits to oversee field activities, provide training, and ensure alignment with company values. Collaborate with local leads to manage staffing, scheduling, and event logistics. Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective execution of marketing events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams. 3+ years of experience in event marketing, face-to-face marketing, sales, or show/event management. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push displays weighing up to 75 pounds. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Strong decision-making and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to work occasional weekends.
