Marketing Manager
with both creative and analytical expertise to drive the brand presence of all five companies across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Build and execute data-driven marketing strategies across all brands
Create and manage visual and written branding for web and social media
Produce short and long-form video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Design ad creatives and landing pages that convert
Write compelling ad copy, posts, and press releases
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Track ROI and conversion performance for all paid media
Conduct keyword research and manage on-page/off-page SEO
Use tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics for optimization
Monitor brand mentions, respond to comments, and manage community engagement
Collaborate with internal teams for announcements, events, and PR initiatives
Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
Continuously optimize based on data and new audience insights
Marketing automation (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp)
Influencer and affiliate marketing management
Press and media coordination experience
Budget management and ad spend optimization
Knowledge of AI-based marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, or Synthesia
CRM and funnel tracking experience
Strong understanding of audience psychology and storytelling
Ability to lead or grow a small marketing team over time
Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics, and social ad platforms
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Studio
Strong copywriting and brand communication skills
Ability to multitask across multiple brands with precision
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
