One of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee is expanding its line of franchises and is seeking talented professional individuals with the ambition and aptitude to become part of the retail automotive industry. We are searching for aggressive, energetic, money-motivated individuals with positive attitudes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Automotive Sales Associates will greet customers as they arrive. Automotive Sales Associates follow up with prospective customers via email and by phone. Automotive Sales Associates will gain an in-depth knowledge of a customer’s interests to assist them with their purchase. Automotive Sales Associates will follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
Compensation & Benefits (summary) AGGRESSIVE SALARY + BONUS STRUCTURE AND ONE OF THE BEST BENEFITS PACKAGE IN THE INDUSTRY. TOP SALES ASSOCIATES EARN SIX-FIGURE ANNUAL INCOMES and have a required work schedule of less than 45 hours per week. Benefits include: paid training, paid vacation, 401k with company match, medical/dental/vision/life and disability coverage, employee car purchase program, wellness program, and more. 45 hour average work week (5 day work week). Closed on Sundays. Monthly bonus programs; factory incentive programs; extensive car inventories across multiple brands.
Job Requirements
Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
Excellent follow up skills
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale
