Our client is seeking an Assistant Controller to support their growing accounting and finance team. This opening was created due to an internal promotion and offers the opportunity to help maintain stability and continuity within the department. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all corporate accounting operations and reporting Manage manufacturing accounting, inventory costing, and cost control processes Support GL mapping and resolve outstanding issues from legacy system consolidations (AS400 and Navision) Leverage Medius, an AI-powered financial automation platform, to streamline accounting workflows Partner with management to drive accuracy, efficiency, and process improvements across finance Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory management, and cost control Prior exposure to Microsoft Business Central preferred CPA designation strongly preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan. Seniority level
