Marketing Project Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing project manager with 3 or more years of experience for a month contract role for our healthcare client. This is 100% remote PST. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team. Responsibilities
Track and support the execution of product launches, marketing content creation, and digital campaigns. Maintain campaign trackers, editorial calendars, and shared project plans using tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Excel, and similar platforms. Contribute to internal communications such as newsletters, product updates, and team presentations. Collaborate with the team to gather content, write post copy, and monitor scheduled campaigns to enhance brand presence and internal engagement. Coordinate and schedule social media posts across platforms. Upload email templates, manage contact lists, and assist with deployment of campaigns in HubSpot or similar platforms. Support event logistics, including vendor communications, booth materials, shipping, and lead capture planning. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaborative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Acrobat). Familiarity with campaign/project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, SharePoint, ClickUp, Microsoft Teams). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage across all levels—keeping teams aligned and informed. Highly detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable navigating shifting priorities. Experience
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or program management. Employment Type
