Participate in a sales support rotational program that accelerates your career and fosters growth Collaborate with experienced professionals, mentors, and sales/sales support leaders Build relationships within a close-knit community of peers in the sales support and rotational program Practical, project-based program with assignments in critical areas of the business Program commitment is 26 months Primary Responsibilities

Participate in a 26-month Rotational Program with a structured curriculum and on-the-job sessions across the Sales & Distribution Organization. You will have two six-month rotations outside of the Producer Help Desk and two six-month Sales Support Rotations, plus a two-month training program (June and July of year 1). Complete two six-month rotations outside of the Producer Help Desk (March – August) in areas including Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Workforce Management, and Business Development Complete two six-month Sales Support Rotations (September – February) performing Producer Help Desk work via inbound telephonic interactions Engage in two-month training (June and July, year 1) Sales Support Representatives address sales support, product, content, and technical needs through activities such as telephonic sales interaction support, resource navigation, escalation management, and driving sales transaction completion Provide interaction resolution updates using effective oral and written communication Interact with Sales Agents via inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails as needed Other duties and projects assigned by business management Professional development

Currently in final year of obtaining a Bachelor's degree (or obtained degree no more than 24 months prior to start date). Degree must be obtained prior to start of employment. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications

Work or volunteer experience in sales, customer service, health care, or health insurance Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution. The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $35.72 per hour for full-time employment.
