The Sales Manager will lead and support the commercial growth of the Airlines and Airports business for North America. You will coach and develop a high‑performance sales team that can execute a clear Go-To-Market (GTM) sales strategy aligned to current and future value propositions for target customer segments. Responsibilities

Developing and executing GTM plans to achieve sustained revenue growth and market trust. Supporting functional peers to ensure we are focused on value, sharing market trends and voice of customers with peers in regional and global sales leadership. Transforming the Airlines & Airports sales team into a high‑performing, value‑based selling culture; leading and mentoring sales contributors with coaching and feedback to achieve defined goals. Owning talent development of the team; assessing strengths and development requirements over time across skillsets, structures and mindset. Engaging industry opinion leaders to develop a growing community within and around the aviation industries. Providing customer product feedback and enhancements to sales and product leadership, and highlighting risks based on market and competitor intelligence. Developing sales campaigns with the team that lead with value as part of the broader GTM plan to grow Airlines & Airports team revenues. Supporting the vision and values of the company through role modelling and encouraging desired behaviors; fostering openness and collaboration across globally served customers and Cirium teams. Representing the business at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expeditions as appropriate. Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in leading diverse sales teams. Experience selling SaaS or data solutions is preferred. Background in selling to Aviation/Travel/Aerospace industries is a plus. Proven track record as a commercial leader with tangible growth achievements in data, technology or software solutions. Ability to design and articulate a sales GTM plan to support growth and strategic account expansion. Strong leadership skills to hire, manage, coach and mentor sales professionals to deliver growth. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with creative problem‑solving ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions or use cases. Growth mindset with openness to learning and trying new approaches. Able to work a hybrid schedule from the Irving, TX office location, 3 days per week.
