BearCom Sales Operations Analyst analyzes sales data and processes to improve efficiency, revenue, and team performance by identifying trends, forecasting sales, and implementing strategies. Responsibilities include developing reports and dashboards, managing customer data in a CRM, collaborating with sales and other teams to streamline processes, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions and goal achievement. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to track performance against key metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Build and maintain dashboards and create ad-hoc reports for leadership. Engage sales leaders to ensure leading indicators are used to manage seller performance and region revenue commitments. Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and achieve results-driven outcomes. Forecasting: Develop and refine sales forecast models using historical data, pipeline analysis, and market trends to improve revenue predictability. Performance Tracking: Track and report on KPIs and OKRs to measure performance against quotas and the success of sales initiatives. CRM Management: Ensure customer data is accurate and well-maintained within the CRM system; work with sales and leadership to identify aging or incomplete data and track until resolved to standards. Collaboration: Work with sales teams, management, and cross-functional departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure alignment and drive consensus on solutions; participate in key sales meetings to ensure data is represented, interpreted, and actioned. Strategic Support: Identify and propose solutions for sales-related problems and implement initiatives to improve overall sales performance and revenue growth. Essential Skills & Qualifications

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Technical Proficiency: Expertise with spreadsheets (Excel), CRM software, and business intelligence software for data analysis and reporting. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with various teams. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop creative solutions to improve sales performance Benefits
