Overview
Independent Sales Contractor/1099 position for Mitchell 1 (a division of Snap-on Inc.). 100% commission – uncapped – On-target earnings up to $110,000. The role involves representing and selling our industry-leading automotive repair and management software to customers in an assigned territory. Why work for us? Responsibilities
Represent and sell Mitchell 1 automotive repair and management software to customers within an assigned territory (must live in or near the territory). Generate self-sourced leads through networking and self-marketing; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Leverage provided sales support, product support, and marketing materials to drive customer adoption and revenue growth. Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
Self-starter with the ability to network and generate self-sourced leads. Strong desire to earn money and succeed in a high-commission, independent role. Employment Details
Independent Sales Contractor / 1099 employment type. 100% commission with no cap; on-target earnings up to $110,000. Assigned territory in or near the candidate’s location; territory coverage includes Toms River, NJ and surrounding areas. New Rep Bonus available (up to $22,000) within the first 4 months. Paid every two weeks; ongoing sales incentives and support. Company Description
