SPF Screens & Awnings is a division focused on retractable awnings and motorized sunscreens across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Texas. What you’ll do
Outside Sales Rep Development: Managing territories to achieve sales revenue targets and closing ratios; develop and refine sales skills through coaching; educate sales team on products, service offerings, and promotions; train OSTs to improve KPIs and earnings; collaborate with Sales Growth Specialists on SPF Sales Training Documentation; leverage Eloomi training modules; train consultants on The SPF Way; coordinate installation team setup; keep OSTs updated on internal changes.
SPF Business Development: Motivate OSTs to capture sales opportunities via networking and partnerships; identify markets/hotspots; manage daily outreach; handle upset clients (with Head of Customer Success); collaborate with VP of Sales on OST performance, revenue, quotas, processes, budgets, and learning; build and recruit a winning OST team; conduct annual performance appraisals; foster a culture of success and recognition.
Who you are
3+ years of in-home/outside sales management experience; proven ability to lead and develop a dynamic team.
Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills; high energy and coaching ability; established local professional network preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
