Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts, including repair order processing, quotes, and status updates.

Ensure timely communication regarding order status, delivery schedules, and repair outcomes.

Track and follow up on open orders to meet customer requirements.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Provide reports, updates, and account performance metrics to management.

Maintain accurate records in the company's ERP system and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

Performs other duties, as assigned.

Job Qualifications Education

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.

Experience

At least 1-3 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Experience in customer service or account management; aviation, avionics, or MRO industry experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (Infor, Pentagon, or similar).

Preferred

Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Knowledge or Abilities

Language/Communication Skills : English: ability to read and interpret documents such as emails, reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Excellent communication skills.

Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and especially Excel.

Math Skills : Ability to use mathematics to solve problems.

Reasoning Skills : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to problem solve and provide solutions.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills, attention to details, ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervisory direction. Must be flexible in handling multiple tasks.

Interpersonal Skills : Must work well in a team environment and independently.

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Work Environment Position will work primarily in an office environment with low noise level.
