On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options to help them make informed choices. Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Adhere to a schedule that may include hours from 9am to 9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. Stay flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Qualifications

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? The company provides tools, training, and coaching to help meet and exceed goals. Compensation and Benefits

Estimated earnings between $40,000 and $63,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commissions for top sellers. Final salary depends on geography, experience, expertise, and training.
