About The Position

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 16-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This opportunity begins on Nov 8, 2025, and involves working every other weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm. The physician will manage inpatient needs alongside Advanced Practice Providers, focusing on both chronic and acute medical conditions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Manage inpatient needs in coordination with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Provide care for patients with chronic and acute medical conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Utilize EMR systems as required by the facility
Additional Information
Must be licensed to practice in North Carolina
Board certification required: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Strong primary care or internal medicine experience required
Inpatient experience is a plus, but candidates with outpatient backgrounds will be considered
