Location: San Francisco, CA 94117 Healthcare Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Start Date: December 2, 2025 End Date: March 3, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour (08:00 – 18:30), variable starts Hours per Week: 40 Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,450 – $2,620 Cath Lab RN Qualifications
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology setting 3-5 years combined experience in PACU, ICU, CCU, and/or Cath Lab At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience Recent travel nursing experience within the last 12 months preferred Experience with electronic charting systems COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (medical/religious exemptions considered) Prior teaching hospital experience preferred Cath Lab RN Responsibilities
Deliver expert nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures Demonstrate advanced Cath Lab RN skills, including diagnostic/interventional catheterizations, left/right heart catheterization, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, and procedural sedation administration/monitoring Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and monitor procedural sedation Maintain strict sterile technique and ensure proper use of cardiac cath lab equipment Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care Float to other units or facilities within a 75-mile radius as needed Apply now
