Director, Global HEOR – Top Boston Pharma seeks Prospective Study exp. to work on 1s-in-Class “Game Changer” | RETAINED SEARCH
Cornerstone Search Group’s HEOR/Market Access Practice is seeking a high-EQ HEOR professional for a newly created Global HEOR position focused on the US and international launches of a first-in-class asset, with emphasis on Prospective Studies to support reimbursement and healthcare payers across product lifecycle stages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and execute the US/Global HEOR strategy for prospective non-interventional research, aligned with the program strategy.
Represent HEOR perspectives in cross-functional forums and with external partners, aligning research with program and business objectives.
Lead with vendor support in the development of protocols, investigator brochures, informed consent forms (ICFs), case report forms (CRFs), statistical analysis plans, and technical reports.
Lead Study Execution Teams (SETs), ensuring efficient, high-quality study execution.
Oversee data analysis, interpretation, scientific rigor, and communication of results with appropriate context.
Develop presentations, manuscripts, and other dissemination activities.
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Medical Affairs) to ensure alignment in study design, execution, and dissemination.
Represent the company externally with investigators, collaborators, and scientific experts in protocol development and study conduct.
LOCATION Boston Metro Area (on-site or hybrid). Three days/week on-site is required.
RELOCATION Full relocation assistance is available.
COMPENSATION Competitive base salary and annual bonus with an aggressive LTI program, generous PTO, and excellent benefits.
DESIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES / BEHAVIORS
MA/MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or MD
5+ years of relevant experience in health economics, outcomes research, clinical research, or observational studies in academia, industry, or related field
Proven experience leading the design, execution, and analysis of prospective and non-interventional studies, including site feasibility, CRF development, and recruitment
Strong knowledge of GCP, biostatistics, clinical research methods, and study design
Experience preparing publications and presenting scientific findings
Strategic thinker who can connect evidence generation to business and clinical priorities
Hands-on project leader with strong execution skills and attention to detail
Open to therapeutic areas of experience
High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders
