You will demonstrate, encourage, and develop collaborative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and staff. You will establish goals and objectives for designated units and delegate work activities to the Clinical Managers, providing leadership development, coaching, and mentoring. You will ensure standards of practice relevant to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality. You will attend Nursing leadership meetings, other leadership meetings, and continuing education programs to maintain or enhance skills and knowledge appropriate to the job. You will frequently assess the progress of patients on the unit and assure that staff follow policies regarding patient assessment and timely physician notification of changes in condition. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN required; MSN preferred. Current California Registered Nurse License. Current BCLS and ACLS certification. Supervisory experience with demonstrated executive abilities and leadership qualities. About Los Robles Regional Medical Center
