Windows 11 PC Deployment / IT Desktop Support Technician

Job Description
Our client a large Healthcare System throughout the Midwest has multiple openings to support a project to upgrade their technology. This will be replacing old PC’s and upgrading to new devices in Windows 11. We are looking for IT Technicians that can work 1st shift on‑site.
Responsibilities
To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications
Swapping out laptops/desktops and deploying Windows 10 and Windows 11
Re‑imaging Windows 11 onto machines from Windows 10
To assist all our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon
To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary
To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system
To install and configure new IT equipment
To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware
To resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners
To maintain a first‑class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner
Qualifications and Desired Certifications CompTIA Certifications are desirable for this role.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $17.00/hr.
