Location: Patuxent River, MD. This role supports our NAVAIR customer. Essential Job Duties
Collects, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft training systems Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data Tracks configuration changes Coordinates and supports development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management Follow the NAVAIR CM Process Experience processing Technical Directives Experience coordinating and Facilitating Technical Interchange Meetings Travel Requirements

A minimum of 3-10 years of professional experience performing the above duties Proficiency utilizing CMPRO High level of proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting Education Requirements
BA/BS Degree in a business, management, or technical discipline Security Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance About StraCon

Since 2008, we have provided Program Management, Training Systems Products, Financial Management, Instructional System Design, Data Management, Courseware Development, Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Military Sales Support, and a variety of other technical services for the Department of Defense. The estimated salary range for this position is $73,000.00 - $113,000.00. StraCon offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, short/long-term disability, and 401(k) retirement plans, as well as paid time off programs for eligible full-time employees. Eligible part-time employees are able to participate in the 401(k) retirement plans and may be eligible for state or contract required paid time off programs.
