From cutting-edge tech to gaming, beauty, and e-mobility, we let people discover, try, and play in immersive, experience-led concept spaces across the globe. Because honestly, why should retail be boring? As our Social Media Manager based at our Times Square flagship, you’ll lead the charge in creating a social media presence. You’ll craft strategy, develop content, and drive engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This is a hands-on, in-office role where creativity meets execution and where your work directly fuels community growth, brand storytelling, and audience excitement. Objectives Build and execute a social media strategy that grows followers, drives traffic, and increases engagement. Manage the content calendar across channels, ensuring timely, consistent, and impactful storytelling. Create original content (written, video, and image), overseeing production, posting, and optimization. Leverage insights, analytics, and trends to continuously refine strategy and content performance. Write sharp, compelling copy aligned with tm:rw’s brand voice and target audience. Collaborate cross-functionally with events, digital marketing, and sales teams to amplify initiatives. Manage and build meaningful influencer partnerships Support event activations - with coordination, live posting, coverage, and real-time engagement. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in social media management, with proven results growing Instagram and TikTok communities. Fashion and beauty industry experience strongly preferred. Strong creative eye with experience producing video, image, and written content for social platforms. Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills with an understanding of digital tone and trends. Proficient in content creation tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards. Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities. Confident, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
