Overview
Manage end-to-end digital production workflows, ensuring efficient processes, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and high-quality deliverables. Produce and manage direct-to-consumer (D2C) merchandising assets across various digital platforms. Quality check creative deliverables and support the development of project briefs. Download, organize, and source video clips for use in creative content. Assist with weekly/monthly asset tracking and performance reporting. Maintain organized catalogs of creative assets for easy reference and future use. Keep documentation and onboarding materials current. Assign and track production tasks, manage timelines, and flag roadblocks proactively. Collaborate with the Creative Director, designers, marketing managers, editors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Stay up-to-date on platform specs, creative standards, and emerging project management tools (including AI applications). Perform final quality control to ensure brand, technical, and platform compliance. Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a digital producer, creative project manager, or equivalent (agency or in-house). Proven experience in a design studio, creative, or marketing environment. Proficient in JIRA, with working knowledge of Smartsheet, Excel, and Google Sheets. Experience With Figma Preferred. Strong understanding of digital media platforms and asset requirements. Familiarity with design language, file types, and creative workflows. Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy under pressure. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits may include medical, dental & vision; 401(k); life insurance; disability; Health Savings Account (HSA); transportation benefits; PTO/Vacation or Sick Leave; and other programs.
