Overview
The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing and auditing room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest and house accounts, and telephone revenue. This position will also assist with the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues. Duties include completing and transmitting accounting reports and supporting documents. The night auditor will act as hotel system liaison during night hours and perform all GSR functions as required; assist in booking room reservations; answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of messages.
This hotel is managed by General Hotels Corporation and uses E-Verify to confirm work authorization in the USA.

Qualifications
Previous customer service experience is required. Previous experience in a similar position or within a hotel is preferred.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
Guest service oriented demeanor with a professional, positive attitude
Excellent phone and computer skills
Ability to work overnight on a full-time basis
Ability to read and speak English
Previous cash handling experience is preferred
