Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying customer experience principles.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Accurately process customer purchases/returns and handle change according to procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs; uphold merchandising philosophy and procedures.
Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards and participate in store recovery as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and the store overall.
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws and store policies.
Support shrink reduction initiatives and participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexible schedule to support business needs.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
Retail customer experience is preferred.
