Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor at Alleviation - Lead, Inspire, Educate, and Succeed Alleviation: Cultivating Leadership and Expertise At Alleviation, we distinguish ourselves in the insurance industry by fostering leadership and innovation. We are looking for a seasoned professional who embodies our mission of leading by example. If you have a rich background in sales, customer service, or in roles requiring dynamic interaction like the military, sports, healthcare, teaching, or first responders, and possess experience in leadership, management, training, or teaching with a profound commitment for mentoring, you are the ideal candidate for this impactful role. The Role: Blending Sales Mastery with Mentorship As a Senior Sales Representative at Alleviation, your role transcends typical sales objectives. You will not only aim for sales excellence but also play a crucial role in guiding and educating our team. Initially focusing on establishing your sales record, you will soon transition into a mentorship position, continuously maintaining your sales achievements to uphold our principle of leadership by example. Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team. Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets. Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
