Our client, a highly respected full-service law firm with over 150 years of service, is actively seeking multiple Construction Litigation Associates to join its Manhattan office as part of its expanding construction litigation group. The firm offers a hybrid remote work rotation, fostering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative team environment.
They
are hiring both junior and senior associates with experience in construction litigation, New York Labor Law defense, and/or construction defect/property damage litigation. Experience in insurance coverage and risk management will also be strongly considered. Represent clients in construction-related litigation, including NYS Labor Law claims, construction defect, and property damage disputes · Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery · Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal team members to develop litigation strategy · Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials · 2–8+ years of relevant litigation experience, depending on level · Prior experience in construction litigation or insurance defense preferred · Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more
