Work Dates Needed: 11/24-2/27/2026 Preferred Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic Scope of Work: As a locum Physician, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WI license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required. EMR: AllScripts Pay Rate Preferred: $130/hr. Candidate must be able to suture, and be/become DOT certified prior to starting. (DOT training course provided if needed)
