VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Urology.

• Description: Job ID #: Coverage Details: • Coverage needed per month 24hr / hourly shifts / shifts call etc: 24 hour call 365 days• Frequency of any Call needed: 1-2 week blocks at a time Monday 7am start ending following Monday at 7am.• Schedule Details: start / end times days of the week etc Weekly rotations starting on Mondays at 7 am ending at 7 am the following Monday. Work Details:• Support staff: None at this time• Department Description: hospital coverage only• Patient Volume: Level 1 trauma center will vary - may say the same patient load as HVMC and BRMC - level 1 trauma experience preferred• Patient Age Group: Adults• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC• Special Procedures/Unit Details: Bladder cancer Erectile dysfunction Incontinence Kidney stones Overactive bladder Testicular cancer Urologic infections and stones. Cystoscopy prostate procedures ureteroscopy lithotripsy. Utilizes providers in the clinic one week a month to do IO procedures with an elective surgery day on Friday. Requirements:• Are Board Certifications Req d?: BC in Urology• Which State Licenses Req d?: Tennessee• Certifications Req d? BLS / ACLS / etc: BLS/ACLS• DEA Req d?: Yes• Minimum Experience Req d # of years: 1-3 minimum• Are vaccines mandatory?: Yes Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 daysAre you willing To License?: Yes - will not schedule until have an active licenseIs IMLC Accepted?: Yes. However will not schedule until we have an active TN license.Which travel is billable airfare/hotel / rental car/mileage / etc: Airfare hotel rental car and mileageRates: Orientation: 250/hr. Regular Rate: 24 Hr Call Daily: 5250 per day Call Back: 525/hr only applies if they are called back physically onsite after provider has left for the dayHoliday Rate: 24 Hr Call Daily: 7875 per day Holiday Call Back: 787.50/hr only applies if they are called back physically onsite after provider has left for the dayHolidays Paid IF worked holidays hours recognized: New Year s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day 00 59 .
