We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
People First in VancouverLocal Team Collaboration:
- Join our team of 25 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers 9 (APPs) at Peace Health Southwest Medical Center.
- Work alongside medical directors, performance nurses, and a program manager.
- Qualifications:
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians welcome to apply
- Open to experienced or new grad physicians
- H1B candidates invited to apply; access to Sound's in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered
Flexible Scheduling:
- Full time nocturnist schedule 7 pm-7 am
- We offer a standard seven on/off schedule.
- Other flexible schedule options may also be available.
- We support one another by covering shifts when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nocturnists handle admissions and cross cover
- Our hospital has a closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist support, and we don't require procedures or codes.
