Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program and a Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatric Medicine fellowship
- A passion for providing clinically excellent care
- Active/Eligible ABMS certification Internal Medicine / Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine
- Must have or be eligible for an AZ State medical license
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a full-time clinical and academic physician for the multidisciplinary Palliative Care service line in its flagship location of St. Joseph s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

The position consists of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities within a single location on the hospital campus. You will have access to full support staff, including nursing, social work, and chaplain support.
