JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Texas Medical License and DEA (with TX address)
• Board: Board Certified in ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM (or osteopathic equivalents)
• DEA: Active Texas DEA required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required
• Experience: Residency trained in Emergency Medicine or relevant specialty
• Other Qualifications: CME and case logs for past 2 years; copies of all diplomas, SS card, driver s license, and photo required for MSO submission
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care for patients presenting to the ED
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions in an emergency setting
• Coordinate with nursing and support staff for efficient patient throughput
• Document all encounters accurately within the EMR system
• Participate in emergency response and trauma activations as required
