Responsibilities Greet and seat patients. Act as a liaison between the patient and the dentist. Set up trays as indicated by the daily chart. Review schedules and anticipate the dentist’s needs in advance. Assist chairside using four-handed dentistry. Enter treatment plans. Take x-rays as needed. Clean and disinfect the operatory after each patient. Take alginates/pour and trim models. Package and sterilize instruments. Keep the operatory fully stocked. Benefits 401(k) and 401(k) matching.
