Overview Talent Acquisition Consultant | NYC, SF, & SD About the job: Sales Position - Base Salary + uncapped commission with no draws/thresholds. OTE of $70k-$75k in year 1 and $100k-$151k in year 2 and 3. 3 days a week in the office, 2 days work from home. 360 recruitment with new business development focus. What Meet is looking for in Recruiters: Ability to work in a high-performing environment. Day-to-day duties Run your own 360 desk — candidate delivery and new business development. Headhunt candidates using cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job advertisements, and referrals. Conduct market research for business development. Develop expertise in the Life Sciences space and source high-quality, relevant candidates for open roles. Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment life cycle from initial contact to offer. Collaborate with multiple hiring managers to address staffing needs. Represent Meet and our global clients to attract and retain top talent. Maintain pipeline and system data through administrative tasks. Perform tasks as directed by the manager.
