Overview A well-established regional service provider is seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to support customers across the Cape. This is a field-based role for a hands-on professional who thrives in customer-facing environments, takes pride in delivering reliable service, and is comfortable working independently. Base pay range $45.00/hr - $55.00/hr Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including oil and gas furnaces, boilers, condensers, and ductless split systems, with a strong emphasis on oil experience for the area. Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance. Execute system replacements and new installations in accordance with safety codes and best practices. Clearly communicate findings, work performed, and future maintenance needs with homeowners. Maintain detailed and accurate service records. Follow company protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency residential service coverage. Qualifications 3–5 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred. Valid MA HVAC technician license and EPA certification required. Identifiable oil experience visible on your resume. Strong diagnostic abilities across a range of residential heating and cooling systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage a daily route. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
