Overview WE'RE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE Sterling COSTCO! Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena. Are you highly motivated by goals, love interacting with people and known to be a self-starter? If the answer is yes, then this is the job for you! Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products. Costco Location: Sterling This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with part time work. Compensation & Bonus Starting at $22-25 an hour plus BONUS based on surpassing sale quotas W-2 Employment Promotional kit provided and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day; top ambassadors $300+ per day Bonus Payout: We have four different products in Costco, usually three on the table. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm. You get credit for what sells that day, and this is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products. Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric, earn $60 in commission Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, earn $60 in commission Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale), earn $15 in commission 1 day / 7 hours at $25/hr plus commission = $310, which is $44 per hour Sales Promoter Responsibilities Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers Present yourself and the company professionally while at Costco Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo Be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day (examples: folding table, product off the shelf, boxes of demonstration supplies) Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and back, plus carrying products and materials to and from your car Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to work independently as the only team member per location Requirements Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and talk to customers Strong verbal communication skills Experience with direct sales Email and basic computer/mobile device skills To be considered, applicants must include a current resume and answer all screening questions.
