What you\'ll be working on Answer sales and service phone calls in a timely manner Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort Assist with outbound calls and confirming appointments on busy days Providing updates from phone calls to sales and service teams Provide necessary information to guests Deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions Assist various departments with special projects as needed Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision Commitment to an excellent guest experience - on the phone/email and in the store Strong technical aptitude and ability Must be punctual with solid time-management skills Salary $18.20-$30.00/hour Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
