Required Qualifications Proven proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred. 2 to 6 years of civil design experience. Strong skills in site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design. E.I.T. certification is a major plus. Solid understanding of jurisdictional codes and design standards. Familiarity with design tools such as Bluebeam, Smartsheet, PONDS, and HydraFlow. Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities.
