The role you’ll contribute:
Prepares food in compliance with guidelines and standardized recipes.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
· Cooks, prepares, and seasons soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items for consumption in eating establishments per standardized recipes
· Reviews menu and special orders to determine type and quantity of food items to be prepared
· Follows cooking schedule and ensures food is ready at specified times. Confers with Supervisor personnel regarding modified diet preparation and use of leftovers
· Preparing, handling, and storing food in accordance with all governmental, sanitary, and dietary regulations as well as established policies and procedures
