Overview StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a unique leadership role at a high-volume Emergency and Urgent Care facility in Fishers, Indiana. This opportunity combines clinical care with Medical Director responsibilities, supported by an additional stipend for administrative duties, while leading a highly rated, patient-focused team. Position Highlights Leadership Role: Clinical + Medical Director duties with stipend Annual ED Volume: 27,330 visits Daily Physician Coverage: 24 hours Daily APC Coverage: 10 hours ED Beds: 12 with Fast Track available Hospital Beds: 0 (free-standing ER/urgent care setting) Acuity Level: Low to Medium with 2% admission rate Trauma Level: Not designated Requirements Board Certification: Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM required) Certifications: ACLS and PALS required Leadership Experience: Preferred, with strong communication and administrative skills Location Highlights Located in Fishers, Indiana , one of the fastest-growing suburbs of Indianapolis, this community has been recognized as both the safest city and the best city to live in.
