Required Qualifications A DVM (or equivalent) and licensure (or eligibility for licensure) to practice veterinary medicine in Texas Experience in Beef Production Medicine. Experience may be demonstrated by graduate training in production-animal medicine or related fields, diplomate status (or eligibility) (e.g., in ABVP, ACVIM, ACVS, or ACT) or significant experience in beef production medicine consulting or practice. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the required qualifications, individuals with the following preferred qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply: Candidates who have a successful track record in beef production medicine and instruction of veterinary students.
