Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain and improve product standards Develop, implement, and adjust production schedules as needed to meet organizational goals Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions Manage, train, and support production staff to foster a high-performing team environment Evaluate equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and achievement of production targets Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise Maintain adequate inventory of raw materials and supplies to support uninterrupted production Qualifications Five or more years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the meat manufacturing industry Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in production management software Technical proficiency with manufacturing equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to analyze data and develop actionable plans Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
