We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Production Coordinator to support a leading fashion brand’s production team in New York. This role will work onsite and requires strong organization, communication, and vendor management skills. Responsibilities: Support the Production team in managing development and production calendars. Track samples, POs, and approvals from prototype through final production. Communicate daily with domestic and overseas vendors to ensure on-time deliveries. Review WIP reports and troubleshoot delays or quality issues. Collaborate closely with Design, Tech Design, and Merchandising teams on seasonal launches. Maintain accurate documentation across all production systems and reports. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in apparel production or product development. Strong understanding of garment construction, timelines, and costing. Excellent Excel and communication skills; experience with PLM systems a plus. Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
